DPL – Terms and Conditions 2026
- Fees
- Payment Deadline: A term’s fees are payable on or before the student’s first lesson of the term.
- Lesson Frequency: DPL does not offer fortnightly lessons.
- Cancellations
- Cancellation Policy: We offer a 48 hour cancellation policy.
- How to Cancel: If you need to cancel your lesson, please email or call us on 07930544736.
- Refund Restrictions: DPL is unable to make refunds for absence due to changes in work commitments, personal or financial circumstances or any other reasons for not being able to attend the lesson without 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancelled Lessons with 48hrs Notice
- Term Allowance: We can only accommodate one lesson per term.
- Excess Absences: Any further lessons missed with 48 hours‘ notice will be charged
- Scheduling
- Attendance Requirement: The student is required to attend the lesson at the agreed location and time each week.
- Missed Time Slots: If the agreed time is missed the next lesson will commence at the same time the following week.
- Student Missed Lessons
- Definition: If a student misses a lesson for any reason or if a lesson is cancelled without 48 hours’ notice that lesson shall be deemed a “missed lesson”.
- Make Up Lessons
- Term Allowance: We try our best to accommodate up to one make up lesson per term should a lesson have been missed.
- Availability: These are subject to availability.
